I'm writing to recommend the helping service of Ingr. Klara Sediva, who has provided babysitters/caregivers in my home in Prague for the past 3 years. All of the caregivers, who also assist with housework (laundry, cleaning, light food preparation and clean-up) have been excellent - trustworthy, dependable, honest, pleasant, intelligent and wonderful with children. On different occasions, when I have had to travel even outside of the Czech Republic, the caregivers have been dependable substitutes and I have not felt anxious leaving my son in their care. My friends have tried to "borrow" them, and I have always been happy and confident to recommend Ms. Sediva's employees. One special feature that is invaluable for a working parent like me is that Klara will find an instant substitute, should an emergency arise or a babysitter have to cancel an appointment. At times, she has even offered to come herself (perhaps in the early days of her agency) to fill in the gap. I have never been without childcare, and this has been a tremendous help and has given me great peace of mind. The agency's fees are also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Sediva's agency and services, as some of my colleagues here at the US Embassy Prague recommended them to me, before my arrival.
